Note: When changing the species, the Insectoplant must have the Mandatory traits required for the new subspecies. It also loses any subspecies-specific traits from any previous design and any traits that are Forbidden for the new subspecies. All subspecies-specific Mandatory traits come free with the species changer.

For Teabeetles, the Mandatory traits are:

• A nose horn - When using this item, if the previous design did not already have a nose horn, you may select any Common nose horn to use (any higher rarity would require use of an additional item or trading out a trait of the same rarity). These Common horns are:
  • Pip Horn
  • Pike Horn
  • Curve Horn
  • Split Horn
  • Peanut Horn
  • Plump Horn
  • Clover Horn
  • Sprout Horn
  • Cross Horn

• Changes species to Brewmoth

Note: When changing the species, the Insectoplant must have the Mandatory traits required for the new subspecies and loses any subspecies-specific traits from any previous design. All subspecies-specific Mandatory traits come free with the species changer.

For Brewmoths, the Mandatory traits are:

• Multiple Wings
• Wing Lashes

• Changes species to Toxislug

Note: When changing the species, the Insectoplant must have the Mandatory traits required for the new subspecies. It also loses any subspecies-specific traits from any previous design and any traits that are Forbidden for the new subspecies. All subspecies-specific Mandatory traits come free with the species changer.

For Toxislugs, the Mandatory traits are:

• Natural Poison / Venom
• Fleshy Whiskers

For Toxislugs, the Forbidden traits are:

• Beetle Backpack

• Changes species to Mediscarab

For Scoutopods, the Mandatory traits are:

• Fins and/or Flippers
• Gills / Underwater Breathing
• Eye Bubbles
• No Wings

For Scoutopods, the Forbidden traits are:

• ANY wing trait
• ANY tail trait that is not:
  • Shark / Fish Tail
  • Seal / Whale Tail
  • Eel / Stingray Tail
  • No Tail

• Changes species to Snowphid

It also loses any subspecies-specific traits from any previous design and any traits that are Forbidden for the new subspecies. For Snowphids, the Mandatory traits are:

• Eye Whiskers
• Body Armor and/or Scales

For Snowphids, the Forbidden traits are:

• Any wing trait that is not Beetle Wings or No Wings

• Changes species to Aratela
